Kind of small restaurants that have two areas, one for pollo a la brasa (Peruvian rotisserie chicken) and the other one for chicharrones (roast pork) and chicharrón sandwiches, both of them having an oriental flavor. The sandwiches are good and you can order them with soda, coffee or fruit juice (blended fruits). The pollo a la brasa is a decent one.

Description: This is the newest restaurant of this chain of pollerías. It is located in the corner of José de La Torre Ugarte and Av. Arequipa, a block away from Centro Comercial Risso, right in the commercial area of Lince. They have many other locations, especially in the middle class districts of Lima and in Trujillo and Ica. They serve a good pollo a la brasa (Peruvian rotisserie chicken) and some other grilled dishes. Recently, they have started to offer some criollo combos for lunch. Among their services, they offer karaoke.

Description: This chain of pollerias started in Habich and from there it expanded to other places in Lima. They offer an excellent pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken), as well as anticuchos and other grilled dishes. The restaurants are very comfortable and have a very fine service.
