This is a small restaurant and kind of a deli market and grocery store. Here you can find some traditional Arequipenian snacks like salteñas (they offer two kind of salteñas, directly brought from Arequipa and made in Lima), salchichas Alemana sandwiches (Arequipenian white sausage sandwiches) and white tamales. You can also get Arequipenian desserts like queso helado (kind of ice cream of frozen milk, coconut, cinnamon and vanilla), as well as papaya arequipeña (carica pubescens) juice and Arequipenian sodas like Energina and Kola Escocesa.
On Saturdays, they offer adobo, a spicy stew of pork marinated in non sweetened chicha de jora, ají panca (a not so hot red chili pepper used to prepare many dishes and sauces), garlic and cumin, and then slowly cooked with onions, cinnamon and white pepper, which is eaten soaking pieces of bread in it.
They sell a variety of Arequipenian products like bread, chicha de jora, butter, cheese, white sausage, chocolates, candies, chancaca, mermelades, spices, fruits, beer, liquours, and many others.
