Description: This restaurant that offers traditional dishes from Ayacucho as well as criollo dishes is located a few blocks from the Lobaton Market in Lince. Some of the traditional dishes they offer are hapchi or qapchi (kind of a salad with potatoes, peanuts, chili pepper, oil, cheese and onions), cordero al palo (rotisserie lamb), patasca (a soup with tripe, lamb and corn), caldo de mondongo (a tripe soup), cuy chactado (fried guinea pig), trucha (trout), malaya and puca picante (a stew made with potatoes, roasted peanuts, red chili pepper and pork, and served with white rice and salad). On Friday and Saturday nights they have live folk music (peña folklorica), as well as on Sundays at lunch time.
